During the UN Climate Change Conference COP26, held in Glasgow from October 31 to November 12, the RLC Bonn PhD candidate Irene Ojuok met with the former President of the United States, Barack Obama.

Earlier, she had spoken to Right Livelihood Award Laureate Tony Rinaudo and filmmaker Volker Schlöndorff on a public panel at the Global Landscape Forum to talk about farmer-managed natural regeneration (FMNR).
