The RLC Campus Bonn and the City of Bonn are organising a Public Panel Discussion on “Human Rights Matter! Defending Marginalised Citizens”, with:
– Colin Gonsalves, “Alternative Nobel Prize” Winner, Human Rights Law Network, India
– Abdallah Saleh Possi, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania in Germany and RLC Bonn Alumnus
– Nancy Okail, Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy, Egypt.
The panelists will talk about their work for securing and upholding human rights to every citizen, including minorities, children, and people with disabilities. They will share most successful practical advocating tools, including public interest litigation, social inclusion and good governance approaches.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 13 June, at 6:00 p.m.
at the Old Town Hall of the City of Bonn, followed by an informal reception.
